This workshop creates a guided, supportive space to explore how chronic stress, mindset, and emotional patterns impact our mental health, hormones, and womb. Drawing from both professional insight and lived experience, the conversation will gently unpack survival mode, cortisol, and nervous system awareness, while also honoring the realities many women live with daily, including PCOS.
While we'll be guiding the discussion and sharing practices that have supported my own healing journey, this is also an open, reflective space where participants are invited to share experiences, tools, and questions. Together, we’ll explore what it looks like to move into a new rhythm of healing that feels sustainable, grounded, and personal.
